A Comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Treatment Center

Transitional Center provides innovative and creative programming geared towards promoting youth to self-reflect and take solution-based approaches to their own obstacles and challenges. Therapists, Case Managers and Direct Care Staff take practical and tactical steps at providing our streamlined, continuation of care approach when working with youth and families. It is our goal for both youth and families to receive care that is exemplary and delivered in a safe, dignified and supportive environment consistent with what we would desire for our own families.

We work with boys from the ages of 12-21.

Since our founding in 2007, we are committed to providing the best of the best in mental health residential treatment services. We pride ourselves in our youth-focused, evidenced-based treatment approach that emphasizes the highest possible standards.

While in residential care, we work toward the goal of returning boys to their homes and help adolescents who are struggling with a range of mental health and behavior issues:

Oppositional defiant and conduct disorder
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
Depression and anxiety
Bipolar and mood disorders
Mild chemical dependency
Sexually Problematic Behaviors

Residential Treatment Includes

Onsite Individual, Group and Family Therapy
